  • We’re available in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor (Malaysia), Singapore, Bangkok City (Thailand), and Hong Kong.

    For delivery in Hong Kong, we cover all areas except: Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Lok Ma Chau, Outlying Island District, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Restricted Areas, village houses or villas that vehicles cannot access, and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Border.

  • Teleport Next Day is currently unavailable for domestic shipping.

  • For Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Bangkok routes
    The weight limit is 15KG and with a maximum dimension parameter of:

    Cumulatively (Width + Height + Length): Max 130cm

    The longest side: Within 100cm

    For Hong Kong routes
    The weight limit is 4KG and with a maximum dimension parameter of:

    Cumulatively (Width + Height + Length): Max 120cm

    The longest side: Within 100cm

  • If you place your order by cut-off time (12:00PM), your order will be picked up on the same day and your parcel will reach it's destination the next day.

    If you place your order after cut-off time (12:00PM), your order will be picked up tomorrow and your parcel will reach it's destination the day after tomorrow.

    *Hong Kong lanes are operated twice-weekly, with parcel pickups on Tuesdays and Thursdays

  • We provide insurance coverage per parcel as follows:

    Malaysia: RM300 per parcel
    Thailand: THB2000 per parcel

  • You're allowed to send items within the specified weight & dimension limitations excluding perishables, dangerous goods & prohibited goods.
